Women's Retreat Here At GCC

Friday, June 1 5:30-9:00pm

Saturday June 2nd 8:00-2:00pm
We all deal with people who are a joy to love and those who are difficult to love. Come join us for a fun filled weekend as we learn how to love well.

Through the video we will hear from Beth Moore, enjoy fun fellowship with other women, laugh our heads off, shed a few tears, eat, stay up late, make
new friends and enjoy old friends.

It's a weekend you don't want to miss.

Dinner will be included on Friday evening and breakfast and lunch included on Saturday.

There will also be a service opportunity from 2:00-3:00pm Saturday afternoon in conclusion of the retreat.

The Story-Kid's Style:

This summer our elementary and younger aged kids will be reading
through the summer with age appropriate versions of "The Story". We
will be totaling points for each chapter read in a similar way that the
school's AR program works. As an incentive to read through "The Story" we'll be taking 4 reward trips through the months of June & July. Parents are strongly encouraged to get involved in this program with your children. See Adam for more details or if you have questions.

PJWMC3 :

It's almost time for summer and that means time for Summer church
camp. We want to encourage our students to find a time to go to
White Mills Christian Camp. This year we would like to announce the
Paul Justice White Mills Christian Camp Campaign (PJWMC3). To
honor Paul Justice, a longtime member of this church and board mem-
ber of the camp who recently passed away, the church in his honor
will pay half the tuition of any camper who chooses to go to White Mills Christian Camp. Camp brochures are available in the parent corner section of the youth wing. See Adam for more details or if you have questions.
